Woodstock Satellite Director

YFC/Youth Unlimited Woodstock is prayerfully looking for a person to fill the role of Satellite Director for a growing ministry to youth in the city of Woodstock, Ontario.

Candidates applying for this position will be joining a team of three staff that are deeply passionate, well trained and highly skilled in pursuing and achieving the mission of Youth for Christ. This position is to facilitate others in their roles while providing leadership over YFC/Youth Unlimited Woodstock. You will enjoy working with the staff, providing supervision, direction and encouragement to a highly motivated and creative team.

You will be a person that has prayerfully discerned God’s calling on your life to use your talents and experience to nurture, develop and build an infrastructure of support in the city for this growing ministry. You will be a people-person, nurturing solid ministry partnerships that currently exist within the church, social service and business sectors of the city, as well as being comfortable meeting new contacts and developing new partners for the ministry.

YFC/Youth Unlimited Woodstock has a long and strong ministry in the city with a solid base of support and partnership in the community. Advocacy, networking, and partnership development are key components of this position and activities that the successful candidate will be significantly involved with. You also will be able to coordinate various fundraising events and oversee the two facilities that are owned and used by our ministries as well as other ministry partners. Strong organizational and administrative skills will be an asset.
